Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible for this bonus you must apply for an eligible role on or before 31st December 2022.

2. Current staff or employees already in the recruitment process are not eligible for this offer.

3. Roles eligible for this offer are -
Early Years Room Manager
Early Years Assistant Room Manager
Early Years Lead Practitioner
Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

This is across our Coombe Dingle, Downend, and Flax Bourton settings.

4. Your contract with Red Bus must be for at least 30 hours a week to be eligible for this offer.

5. Applicants via a third party agency will not be eligible.

6. The Jump Start payment will be given to you via our employee payroll, and will be subject to any tax and NI deductions.

7. The payment is given to you in two instalments, subject to your continued employment at Red Bus Nursery & Pre-School. You will receive a £1000 welcome bonus on your first payslip (received on the first working day of the month) and a further £1000 in your payslip upon passing your 6 month probation period. If you resign from the position or your contract is terminated for any reason within the qualifying period, no further payments will be made to you.
